What happens in a session?

We begin by landing together and naming what is alive for you right now – themes, questions, patterns, or areas of life that feel tender or in transition. From there, I tune into your energy field and open to the beings who wish to step forward in service to you.

A session may include energy and auric reading, sensing messages held in the body, seeing past‑life scenes that relate to present‑day patterns, and channeled guidance from your Higher Self and spiritual teams.

I work with your own I AM Presence / Higher Self, as well as a wide circle of guides from the Ascended Master, galactic and angelic realms, always with the intention of serving your highest good.
